Zemek Engineering commenced business in Mackay in 1981 and today services mining companies and heavy industry throughout Queensland with a solid reputation for quality workmanship, innovation and on time delivery.

Our core business is in the refurbishment of rigging products for draglines and mobile plant, complimented by the design, manufacture and sale of new rigging components. Zemek also delivers all classes of fabrication from our Presto Avenue workshop.

The management team offers fifty years of experience in fabrication, general engineering and project management all gained in the Bowen Basin. We work successfully with our clients to produce solutions to increase productivity through innovation in component design and engineering.

Zemek “on-site services” utilising our modern, fully self-contained mobile workshop, offers clients a cost-effective and time saving alternative to the transport of large equipment for refurbishment.
